This is my first order from VaporKings and i would have to say their customer service is TOP NOTCH. I ordered late in the day yesterday and i had forgot one item on my list so i emailed them. Within 5 minutes i had a reply from Rob asking me to place the missing item on a new order and then they would combine the orders and refund one of the shipping costs.
I knew it would not ship yesterday as it was after their cutoff time so i just got to work at 8 AM and bam there is the email from VaporKings telling me my order shipped with all the stuff i ordered.
