They will work, but not very well. The Saber Touch was designed to take (2) 3.6v or 3.7v batteries. The 3v's won't last very long since the regulator needs 5.3v to work well. If you start with only 6v, you will be recharging a lot sooner. The 3.6v batts last a long time!Hey I've got a question. Would two 3v cr123a batteries work on the 5v device or does they have to be the 3.7v?
OK. That makes sense. I figured I was going to need more batteries. I just have two 3v that I never use since I don't really care for the vape. That's why I'm excited to try out the 5v. I really love my Chucks when I have a fully charged 18650, but it does drop down rather quickly. They will work, but not very well. The Saber Touch was designed to take (2) 3.6v or 3.7v batteries. I started with 3.7v vaping, but it's not for me. I think the sweet spot is at 5v. Sometimes, depending on what flavor I use, I go to 6v.OK. That makes sense. That one has the option for 6v doesn't it?Not experiencing anything other than my tornado/eGo (3.2v maybe always with a LR) I ordered the 3.7v Saber. I should experiment but hate to do it with my money when I know what i like.![]()

Remember, The Saber Touch comes in 2 options... 3.7v/6v and 5v regulated. The 3.7v/6v will does either depending on what batteries you put in it. The 5v is always regulated down to a steady 5v.
If the room doesn't mind, sure you can pass your winning the discounted rate to someone. Remember, I won't be able to do the $65 price any more. I have to move it up to $80. But if the room doesn't mind, you won the $65 price, so if you pass it on, it will be at the price you won it at. Just let that person let me know about you passing it on.Sir,
Something horrible happened this weekend and I will not be able to accept your offer of the discounted Saber after all. I would, however, like to ask if I can pick a person (one who I know needs it tremendously) to accept it in my place?
I thank you for your consideration of this request and no matter your decision, I am grateful for your offer. I most assuredly enjoyed the thrill of participating in your contest.
Lastly, I'd like to thank you for your selfless contribution to this community. You truly created a work of art that will help save the lives of many.
