First off, a preface:
Wow. Ben is frickin' amazing.
Now, that out of the way....
Have been reading e-cig-forum for about a month now, just started e-smoking 2 weeks ago, can't even go back to regular analogs. Smoked about a pack a day for the past 10 days, and frankly I was tired of choking on my own lungs.
That being said, I got my DSE901 through a popular supplier and besides a few hiccups, have been generally satisfied. However, I ran out of cartridges much sooner than anticpated, and decided to take a peek at VaporNine, and here's what I can say in Ben's favor:

TOP stateside prices on Cartridges! Absolutely in love with them. The other two suppliers that I have gone through have frankly been price gouging on those prices, charging almost up to and exceeding double the price of ordering straight from China. I haven't seen a single other supplier beat these rates at all.

EXCELLENT customer service. Not only did I mess up my first order, he removed the order almost instantly. I had questions about my renewed order and I spoke with him PERSONALLY on the phone. Let's not forget to mention the fact that while I was talking to him, he was already AT the post office making shipments VERY close to the cut off time for Express mail, and when I expressed my urgency of being out of cartridges, he went out of his way and went BACK to pick up and ensure that my order went out that very same day. Any email that I sent out to him was answered VERY promptly, literally with an hour or two, tops.
3.
ENSURANCE OF REPEAT BUSINESS AND REFERALS. Even after my first order for 50 cartridges, I ordered a second set of 25 cartridges just to be on the safe side. The package arrived today, with something that floored me completely.
Inside the package, he sent me a COMPLIMENTARY DSE901 carrying case, and a handwritten note that said,
"Thanks, I appreciate your business.
-Ben."
All that being said, my experiences with the other retailers have been less than stellar. Emails that go longer than 24 hours without being answered, difficult to find answers, exploitive pricing, and of course, lack of a personal touch.
VaporNine from here on out, is HANDS DOWN my number one favorite retailer, and I have, and will continue to, send EVERYONE I know in Ben's direction. It will be interesting to see someone else top his operation, because frankly, he's set a bar that's pretty hard to beat.
