Our website is currently under DDOS attack..which means hackers sent hundreds or thousands of computers to browse the website at once, eating up all the bandwidth. I am currently working on finding the source and getting this fixed.

Hey, it wasn't me! I tried to check my ticket re: DOA battery and found the site was down. I did not attack it! Hope everything works out. I only have 1 battery now and it's driving me crazy trying to keep it charged.

I just checked, too and it works for me...but it also worked for me at 1:40 when apparently it wasn't for others.

hey pdk- i talked to my security people and they'll be loosening up the security gradually- seems there's a *few* customers it is blocking out incorrectly.. i'll do a phone order for you if you still can't access the site by the morning.
