I ordered from Vapornine over ten days ago and have not yet received my order. Every other e-cig company I've dealt with (4 or 5) have shipped by the next day and I have received product within three days-MAX! I have e-mailed vapornine three times about this problem and received NO response from them. I am considering legal action at this point but certainly will NEVER do business with them again!

If you did like I did and ordered the free sample with the rest of your order then it is all sitting there waiting on the samples to come in. Ben showed me where they plainly stated on the sample giveaway that if you ordered other things at the same time there would be a wait on your order.

Free liquid. That's right.
USE COUPON CODE: "WORLDCLASS" at checkout to receive your free bottle. All you have to do is pay shipping. (2 bucks or so, I'm guessing)

Read closely:

Do not add this to your order unless you feel like waiting until near the end of May to receive your order.

That's all we have as far as disclaimers. This is the best liquid in the world and everyone that tries it is going to become a VaporNine customer for life if not already, you've been warned.

*also, keep out of reach from children and pets.

---------------------------
We pre-printed all the shipping labels for our free sample orders, and that's why you would have received a shipping notice. Sorry for the confusion.

Ben

Jules22871 you are absolutely right. i read just what Ben stated and it was there clear as day.
D103 i think your jumping the gun saying the things your saying about vapornine. Did you see where it stated what Jules said and i said? Perhaps you didnt but it stood out and hit ya in the face. I suggest you go to the site and see for yourself that is does in fact say this. i just checked again and its there. I think an apology is in order case closed

With all due respect - I did not use a coupon code, I did not request, nor click on, anything indicating I wanted a free bottle of liquid-I do not drip, nor do I have any interest in doing so- I have tried over twenty times submitting the "tracking number" they gave me on my receipt (which states they shipped the product on 5/11/10) and the numbers are not correct because that is the message I repeatedly get from USPS "Track and Confirm". And Again, I've e-mailed them three times over the past week about this shipment and have received no reply from them. I owe no one an apology. I assume, by what others have posted my order sits "waiting to be shipped" because of a "free sample" I did not request. Couldn't they have at least e-mailed me and let me know that??? And by the way, cos, I thought this was a thread for reviewing e-cig suppliers where persons were supposed to report honestly about their experience with suppliers - but I guess when someone has a bad experience with a supplier who others like, you end up getting chastised for sharing your experience.

D103 well your right this is a thread for reviewing e-cig suppliers. you do what you want to do. i myself am having the same issue you are this very moment with a dfifferent supplier ok. and i am kinda upset over it just like you are. the only differfence between you and me i dont put things on an open forum. not my style. If you think your right doing it this way do what ya gotta do. this is between you and the supplier not between you and the supplier and the whole e-cig community. There are a lot of people that post things on open forum when things go wrong. i personally do not do that and there are a lot of people that dont do that as well. I myself just dont agree with this. dont mean no disrespect to you. but anyway i am done talking about this. some people will do what they want and feel that nothing is wrong. But listen this may help you as it helped me today. i called the post office cause when i did a track and confirm it said there is no info about your package. so i called the post office and they figured out what happenned. they told me the supplier did mail the package and it was found in another post office. so .... happens. anyway try calling the post office maybe you will get a person that will help you as she helped me. good luck to you. end of story

Funny thing, the way customers become fans, and defend a vendor with such passion.

Of the various vendors from which I have purchased, only DIY flavor shack was slower to deliver than Vapor9. And I'm in the same state. Go figure.
