I too have gotten about 40 of the messages. The new website must have some bugs. It does not show my previous orders. Not a big deal. Im sure it will be worked out.

I'm unable to even log in to my account with vapornine - You're right, tiraggi, I am sure we'll soon hear from Ben and it will be worked out.

Yeah guys... sorry about that-- as someone stated, the server went on a mailing frenzy. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused any of you and we shut it down as soon as we saw there was a glitch and people were getting way more emails than they should!

Hopefully you guys use something like Gmail that will just lump all the messages together, but for those on other mail accounts I can see how this would be a severe annoyance.

We moved to a new server late last night (worked until about 7:30 am) and as part of the new store front we were sending out a notice to have people update and reset their passwords..well the password generator glitched out and everytime someone visited the site to change the password it would send out another stream of emails..not supposed to work that way!

I'm now sending out emails to everyone apologizing for the mistake and offering a coupon code good through tomorrow evening..i really am sorry about it and felt like an idiot.

Let's do this.. whoever got the MOST emails from us today gets a free kit. You gotta provide a screenshot as proof!!!

All that we were able to move over was the customer information..no order history I'm afraid..There's a lost/forgotten password link that will let you get set up with a new password.

It was a tough decision moving to an entirely new server and storefront.. a lot of it looks the same but the new platform will provide us the opportunity to make an even better online shopping experience and add some features that the other store was severely lacking on. We'll be able to install a much better ticket system and rewards programs that I think all of our customers will really appreciate. Please forgive any minor bugs (and the major bug that flooded everyone's box) while we get everything set up and running like a clock!

Appreciate all you guys and your patience during this transition..we'll work hard until we get it right!

I just counted 52 that I put in my delete folder. I'd do a screen shot, but not exactly sure how to do that.
