VaporPro eGo T question

Hi all. I have a VAporPro that I am valiantly trying to use. However, I don't seem to be getting much out of it. I followed the inhalation directions for ecigs, but it doesn't seem to be doing much good, and I'm wondering if its because of the way I'm filling the cartridges.

I've seen videos with other ecigs where you have to use a syringe in order to get things going, but the cartridges for the VaporPro have a refill hole at the top (supposedly- my eyesight is bad and I can't actually see it). I just pop the top off and fill the cartridge and pop it in the atomizer. Is this correct, or do I need to actually put a hole in the tank cartridge?

Thanks much- my puffing is dry and tastes terrible, and I am desperate to get off analogs!

On the cap , where your filling your tank , Is there a hole in it ??? To staart using a tank , you take an empty tank , and put it in the atomizer , and push in , until you hear a little click , or pop . That means you have punched a hole , in the end of the tank , for the fluid to come out , and get juice to the atomizer .
