It was my first order with vapor renu, I chose them because I vape Hi-nic liquids, and they carry liquids in 36mg strenths. I ordered Sweet Cream, Green tea, coconut and Belgin Waffle flavors. (I vape on a ego) anyway in my first sampling of them I tasted a strangly strong tobacco undertone in all of the liquids. I changed my atty's and cut them to get rid of the flavor but still that "tobacco" flavor stuck around. I really could not vape any of these liquids. So I contacted them about the flavor issue, they answered me right away, and they were very understanding and offered to exchange flavors for me, but when I told them I just could not vape the tobacco"y" flavors, they offered me a full refund. Now that's really customer service! Very few suppliers stand behind their products like that. Credit due to these people! Because they refunded my money, I now have 3 bottles of sweet cream, 1 green tea, 1 belgin waffle and 1 coconut flavors in 36mg. - 30ml size all unopened. If there are any vaporors out there who would like to try their product, I would be happy to mail you out a bottle for just the cost of postage. It's the least I can due for them since they refunded my money. I know there are many people out there who like a tobacco undertone in their liquids and this might be just the flavor they are looking for. They do have a nice throat hit, and seem to vape nicely in a 80/20 mix. please contact me if you would like me to mail you one of the bottles to try.
