I take three every night. It's made a huge difference in my life. I had a serious sleeping disorder until I started taking it. It's amazing what happens when you start getting real sleep every night!

I take 3 3mg pills for a total of 9mg. Sometimes I'll drop down to 2, but usually 3 does a good job for me. Puts me out, drops me into deep sleep and I wake up 8 hours later ready to go. So long as I make sure I take it at least 8 hours before I plan on waking up.
