I take three every night. It's made a huge difference in my life. I had a serious sleeping disorder until I started taking it. It's amazing what happens when you start getting real sleep every night!

I'm not there yet but I haven't tried three either.

i really like the C8 clearomizer they work well plus do not drain the battery alot. They seem to produce alot of vapor without taking alot of battery power.
