It was. I over cooked them a little bit, forgot just how thin they are compared to my usual cuts of beef I cook, but still yummy.![]()
For me, if the steak is heated all the way though... it's overcooked.![]()
LOL. I'm usually a medium rare kind of guy. These got a little above medium. But it was a good cut of beef, so still edible. And the flavor was great. Sesame oil gives them a great touch.
And caught up again. Friend came over and hungout for a bit and I cooked dinner. (*looks around for Uncle, doesn't see him*)

Rubbed last night with olive oil and then salted and peppered. Let set overnight in the fridge. Put some sesame oil in the skillet and went to town.
Venus, the red looks good. I've always had a soft spot for gingers.Maybe because of the Irish heritage on my mom's side. I'm freckled and my natural hair color is auburn. Takes a good bit of sun exposure, but the red in my hair really comes out if I let it.
My wife likes hers cooked like crazy. I throw hers on the grill and when it looks done, I throw my daughter's steak on next to it. When my daughter's steak looks done, I throw mine on. When mine is done nice and rare, I pull all three off and they're just the way we like 'em.![]()
