a regular 3ml tank with screw I actually just filled it and then drop filled carto its like all the juice is disappering into carto you think the hols are to big?

Can you post a pic? There should be juice in the carto if the tank uses one....sounds like you may have not have a good seal/compression so it may not be wicking properly? Is the screw for filling it?

It's it flooding out of the bottom of the carto connection?

The liquid will soak into the carto...that's what it's designed to do..but you should let it sit and soak awhile to completely saturate and wick...trying to vape immediately after filling will result in probable dry-hits.
