On my quest for a Riva, I decided to go domestic and I ended up ordering one from Vapors Etc.
Order was placed on a Saturday night, shipped out Monday morning, and was at my house by Wednesday. Items arrived packed well, and as ordered.
There was an issue with one of the Riva batteries (wouldn't fire even after a full charge), and I called their customer service number and left a message. Within half an hour, I got a call back (this was late on a Friday afternoon/early evening) and I spoke with Ross, who was very polite, helpful, and understanding. He had a new battery shipped out to me first thing Saturday--wow.
Vapors Etc. has really gone out of their way to help me resolve this problem, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
