Just picked up one of these babys today at a local shop with an orange sharkskin, I got lucky and got the last one.... Its awesome so far, I got my polished russian 91% sitting pretty on her at 1.2 ohms vaping @18.4 w. I think I need a black russian now...maybe in a month or two when my wallet grows again and the wifey says its ok lol.

I've seen a few reviews of the IPV2 so far and it sounds like the build quality is pretty bad. Busardo and Rip and someone else, twisted420? They liked the specs but there were lots of problems with quality control. They were definitely giving a 'you get what you pay for" message.

Build quality on my rDNA is superb. No problems 1 month in.

Vapor Shark offers a 120 day warranty on their products. The IPVs are 1 year. Says quite a bit about the manufacturer's respective confidence in build quality. The regular Vapor Shark was assembled in China by S-Body.

The DNA board offers no reverse polarity protection. People have reported that inserting a battery backwards is pretty much a surefire recipe for frying a DNA board. Vapor Shark does not offer board replacement/repair service. The board they use is not a standard DNA board so there is no practical way to repair a Vapor Shark with a bad board.

From Vapor Shark's repair diagnostic page"
*We do not replace nor repair DNA30D boards.
