I tried to get mine replaced since it's still covered in the 120 Day warranty but I don't have an order number and receipt, and it seems I am out of luck in getting it fix/replaced. I was told that there are 1% of people with the new rDNA that get their screen scrambled, please post here if your new rDNA screen is scrambled. Here is my setup.

I was testing the device vaping from 410F to 500F at 20-30 watts and my screen got scrambled. Usually happens when I chain vape a bit and when TC screen comes on a lot. It goes away when the device sleeps or when you switch between stealth mode and normal mode.

I don't think they fixed the problem at all. Please post if you have the same issues.

I bought it used but now I can't get in contact with that person for receipt or order number.

I have ordered a new rDNA 40D but haven't received it yet. Be happy to post when I have had a chance to test drive it. In the mean time I have a piece with a DNA 20 in it and it just performs beautifully, no problems at all.

I hope yours doesn't have this problem. Other than that it's great, I us a subtank mini and I replaced the OCC coil with ni200 (26 gauge, 12 wraps on 3mm screwdriver, the leads needed to be bent a certain way but the temperature works.) image.jpg

I had a problem with mine - which I bought from Vaporshark (would start constantly firing) . Gave them a call. They paid for shipping both ways and replaced the board within 48 hours from receiving it. Couldn't ask for better service!!!

I wish I can do that, I need to a receipt or order number, I don't have either because I bought it second hand.
