Vaporshark won't fire

I've had my VS dna 30 for a few months and it worked like a champ. All of a sudden today after a full charge, the fire button won't work and doesn't light up. The + - buttons still work and light up the display, but I get no power. Anyone run into this? Is there a way to reset, or will I need to send it in? Thanks in advance.

This sounds like the fire button has given up. IIRC, the button completes two separate circuits at the same time. One circuit is for the button light. The other tells the chip to"fire".
