Question... I know specific parts are warrantied for 10-14 days or whatever, but is there a replacement if the product functions or fires, but not within posted specs? Dying to order one of these, like NOW, but of all the satisfied owners so far, there's one guy who's getting barely any voltage (well within the 2.5amp restriction)... just want to know know what my recourse is if I happen to get one of the few odd lemons. I'm on fixed income, so can't afford to be out the 70$ on the rare chance I get a dud, and wanted to make certain performing well under stated limits (well within 2.5 amp safety cutoff) would qualify for a replacement.

Meh, not impressed with this mod at all. Apparently, the dudes at gotvape, are claiming the ones from litecigusa, are from an early--and loaded with faults--revision. :(

Pretty annoyed that I have to pay to send the faulty head unit back before I can get my replacement. :mad:

Thanks so much for posting that Shawn! I don't have mine yet, you guys just shipped it yesterday, priority, so I'm still hopeful that I'll be ok (crossing fingers!), but I am on a fixed income, and was really relying on the tox to perform as advertised. If not, for some reason, I really need a functional vv that will, and can't be out the money for 2. lol You just totally set my mind at ease, sir! I was pretty confident that you guys at litecigs would make it right, somehow, if there's issues, cause I've always been very impressed with overall quality of service. Thank you thank you thank you! Now waiting on my new baby tox, so I can see if I'm lucky. ;)

Wonder why GV would mention litecig on their forum ...if indeed they did...hell im just a customer and i dont mention other company names on a company forum.
Well besides this just now lol..Mistakes happen and there will always be faulty equipment...kinda unrealistic if people expect otherwise especially when its a brand new product
Taking them down for further testing now is far better than just leaving them up and hoping people don't complain or making excuses, which i've seen other places do..even going as far as blaming the customer. From my dealings with litecig and shawn its a standup company with a standup owner.

Unless you really believe that they have some top secret connection to some top secret VOX production line, i mean really, these products are all manufactured from the same sources IMO, then sold by the various dealers

Just saying, was really no need for the gotvapes, Litecig thing, just callin a spade, a spade.
IMO, litecig is pretty tough to beat, always has a fair price and goes above and beyond my expectations
Hope everything works out for the positive bizzbot, if you have some patience, i gotta believe litecig will do ya right,regardless pf your future with the tox.

Nice that some shill rookie could come out of the woodworks to white knight for a supplier, and not make any sense while doing it. I've been doing this ecig thing A LOT longer than you dude. ;-)

Extremely happy i found litecig, placed 3 order so far and every one has been spot on,shipped fast and at a wonderful price. My vaping future is looking much brighter now! Keep up the great service,u guys are a lifesaver,literally

A whopping 3 orders!
