I'm currently in the market for a decent box mod. While performance is the main factor, aesthetics are important to me as well.

At the moment I'm using a unregulated dual 18650 wood box, unknown manufactuer from the Phillipines. Performance wise I'm very happy. I'd like to purchase an aluminum box mod but the nice ones are either out of my price range or are VV/WW which I have not been a fan of. I've only used VV/VW devices that max out at 15W and it is nowhere close to the power I've come to love with mechanicals. I came across the IPV2 50W box mod and it looks awesome. My question is how would it compare (performance wise) to my current box mod or my other tube mechanicals? I usually run a 0.12-0.16 coil though according to the IPV2 specs the lowest I can push is a 0.2 which if purchased I would most likely try to stay at.

I'm open to other options as well. My budget is $200 but if I can save some money I'm not going to complain. The main criteria is that it be aluminum/sleek, black (preferably but not a deal breaker) and overall awesome vapor production.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Stick with mechs. Even 50 watts isn't near enough for a 0.2 ohm build. You would need at least a 100 watt mech to properly power a 0.2 ohm build and even that wouldn't be enough once you go below 0.18ohms. (4.2V * 4.2V / 0.18ohm = 98 watts)
