So I was floating about the net and stumbled across the Vicious Ant Variant 350 watt box mod and when reviewing the specs this device is a sham there is no way to achieve true 350 watts and for $600.00 it's quite a joke. It stated it had a 30 amp cutoff and minimum resistance of .20 ohms the article I seen said it put out 2.0 to 8.4 volts in variable voltage mode and if this is true then 350 watts is not close to achievable. My question is will it accept a 3s lipo and then output 12.6 volts if so then that would make a huge difference in the scheme of things but I can't find a spec data sheet anywhere not that I'm going to spend just shy of 800.00 on it anyway , but yeah does anyone have the real skinny on this device?

The 350w is on 3s. As stated on a lot of vendors sites. Also it uses good lipo's from the R/C industry not fully max or what ever the Chinese are using. Variant isn't for everyone they are high end collector mods. Everything they put out is top quality. I did see one authentic variant and fit and finish is second to none. There have been a lot of clones too that sold for half the price. There's a review but I think it was on the 250w. There was also a review on the vaping snob some time ago. You want to see pricey high end mods check out thevapingsnob.com some beautiful work in the world.
