So I ordered my Seigelei ZMAX kit from them; it shipped quickly, came with everything, and made me a happy vaper.
Apparently I got one with a bad chip. It happens; not the vendor's fault. I wasn't sure what was going on, because it was my first mod, but I was getting intermittent errors and it was draining my batteries in 2-4 hours (which I didn't know was abnormal at the time).
So, I emailed Varitube to ask (not for a refund/replacement) whether I had done something wrong or if there was some way to "reset" the thing (you know... like a cell phone...) and the vendor IMMEDIATELY told me that he would replace my mod and explained that my "symptoms" indicated that the electronics in the mod were not functioning normally - as soon as he got some new ones in stock. So I held onto my mod (emailed him on a Sunday), put it in the mail Thursday, and sent him a tracking number. He had a new mod in the mail to me the NEXT DAY and it got here on Monday - fully tested for proper function. And it's AMAZING. I thought the broken one was amazing - the one that works is 200 times better. And Varitube (Perry) was awesome, really nice, and kept communication open the whole time I was having the issues, and didn't assume what I did (usually when something of mine breaks, I assume it's user error - he didn't, and I appreciated that A LOT!!). The man responded to my question on a SUNDAY. AFTERNOON.
Anything they sell, I won't buy anywhere else. ... Except Jwraps... Cause I buy those from Jwraps...
