VB RY4 ? Customer service dept please read if you have time

Hi Guys

I was so stoked I was gonna get stocked up today during the sale and get to try the RY4 in VB's vision. I'd never tried it, it's been out of stock since I discovered VB. Saw it yesterday in stock and was planning to make a big order including a trial RY4 bottle today and then today I see it is already sold out? Please tell me it's a mistake, that you didn't let someone buy out your entire stock (new stock, it's been out of stock for weeks).

Anyway, how long will I have to wait to try it out this time and is it always like this where I have to order it the same day I discover it back in stock?

Also, a "notify me" email button on each page would be good for out of stock items.

Sorry to be a sad sack but I am sad about this...not angry.

I'll email you guys also in case you are already swamped with the sale stuff.

I've been waiting to place my order pending the arrival of RY4 as well for quite some time. I wonder if wholesalers are buying it on us?

I've been waiting on ry4 also. I have several flavors I would like to try but im waiting to place my order until ry4 and 555 are in stock.

Agree with having a "notify me when in stock" option.

555 is back in stock on the website. I just got off the phone with VB. This thursday at noon, RY4 will be back for sale, on the site. Keep in mind, it sells out almost as fast as they place it back in stock. But for everyone waiting for RY4, this thursday at noon.

I'm going to be ordering VB's RY4 right after Christmas, or I was hoping to. Maybe it'll be back in stock by Sunday...if not Saturday???? I've been dying to try it.

Also, any word on Cinnabomb being in stock before the end of the sale? Say, perhaps at the same time as RY4? I've been talked into trying it

I would say EST...I will call them today and ask about cinnabomb. I am assuming that the noon time frame has to do with them getting a new shipment of flavoring in, but this is only my guess. I would allow a few minutes either way.

I jumped on the site as soon as I saw it in stock yesterday (about 8:30PM EST) and I have a shipping notice already (ordered four or five liquids). Dang, these guys are FAST! Thanks again VB, I'm looking forward to my latest delivery!!
