Just browsing around trying to decide if I need to order some more juice and I noticed on their site it says use the coupon code "bottles" for 25% off. Ive never ordered from here and I remember at one time seeing their name pop up often on here. Are they still good, no controversies or strange things to note?

There is a thread here, but it's not very busy for some reason. It should be a lot more popular, no doubt about it. I like Velvet Cloud a lot. The juice is very good quality, and it's a good company. I've had good customer service from them, and my order is shipped quickly and with no errors. I've never heard of any controversy or shady stuff about them at all.
They frequently have good sales, but I'm not sure that particular sale you mentioned is still going on. Check on that, but to answer your question, yes, they are good, and you can order with confidence.

Just posting to agree with this comment. I love Velvet Cloud. I have been ordering from them for a couple of years-- since they opened I believe-- and their service is excellent. And their juice is great as well, particularly if you are a VG vapor.
I have ordered from them dozens of times and I always receive my order within 2 days. Except when it comes in one. We are in the same city, but they're unusually fast. They've always sent my orders with no errors and with a free sample every time. They even take my flavor preferences into consideration when choosing my free sample.
I can't say enough good stuff about them. Their juice is excellent IMO; their service is awesome and they are really nice. So, yeah

My first ejuice was trying a friend's V V Night Shift and that's what got me started into vaping from analogs. I really enjoy their White Beard and Blue Beard - both are a light tobacco base with additional flavor options that are an all day vape. Not too sweet, not too sharp. The 100% VG which I believe is all they produce is very thick, so I thin it down a bit with distilled water.
