Velvet Vapors - General Review

I haven't seen many reviews done on Velvet Vapors, so I feel obligated to at least give a general review on my experience with them thus far. I've tried somewhere between 15 and 20 of their juices and I have found all of them to be top quality. I should mention that one of the beautiful aspects of Velvet Vapors is that there are 3ml sample packs you can buy (at an excellent price, btw) so you get to try out a LOT of flavors without having to get huge amounts of juice you find you don't really like.

I didn't love every flavor, but flavor is such a personal thing I cannot fault them for me not liking everything. The tobacco flavors are the ones I like most of all. The Honey Hookah, Apple Hookah, and White Chocolate Hookah are all excellent for those with a sweet tooth and desire for that subtle tobacco flavor. The Honey is my favorite of those three. The other tobacco flavors are excellent as well. The cappuccino hookah was very good (and so far it is one of the only coffee-like flavors I have liked of all that I've tried from multiple venders). The Vanlilla Caramel Tobacco (similar to RY4) was excellent, better than some of the RY4's that I've tried. I was also given a sample bottle of Orange Spice Tobacco, which isn't on the site, but I truly hope they add it because I think it is my favorite of all! The orange, spice, and tobacco flavors all shine through and form a wonderful harmony!

As far as service goes, it is top notch. It takes a little longer to receive product than some of the other venders I've purchased from, but that is because they are mixed fresh, so I consider the extra day or so to be worth the quality I receive. For one of my purchases, I was awaiting the product and it was half way to me (based on tracking info) and I suddenly got an email from Kat--the Blueberry Cheesecake I had ordered didn't have the flavor she'd hoped for and she was sending me a new bottle. Also, she put in another bottle of the Tropical Fruit blend because she felt the one on its way had a bit too much pineapple flavor. Now THAT is service--fixing something that MIGHT result in a complaint before the product even arrives! As it turns out, I actually liked the Blueberry Cheesecake the way it was, so I wouldn't have even thought to complain in the first place!

Kat does an excellent job and I'm surprised I haven't seen more reviews on Velvet Vapors. Two thumbs up! Give their juice a try!

How long did your order take to reach you? Mine was super fast (two days). I love the Honey Hookah, but my wife has banned me from vaping it around her as she says it smells like a ferret. Still, it's a great juice. And you're not kidding about the price being cheap. I'm planning on another order soon. This is great juice.

Ya know, ya can't win, people complained about the smell of cigarette smoke and now they have to find something new to smell and complain about! I'm gonna start going into restaurants and complain that I smell broccoli and asparagus! The white chocolate hookah has an odor to it as well, so be careful where you vape it, haha.

It wasn't that the order took a really long time, just maybe a day or two longer than the "average" that I've experienced. I've got a ton of juice, so a day or two does nothing other than make me more anxious. All in all, I'd say my experience with Velvet Vapors is 8.5 out of 10 (and I doubt anyone will ever be a ten, so that's pretty high on my scale!).

It was only the hookah flavors that gave off the intense odor, or at least those are the ones that I got comments about. However, I did get the Velvet Blend, which I think is a PG/VG blend. They do have an entire "PG-Free" section of flavors, so you'd probably find something you like in that section. I think about half of the tobacco flavors are available in that section. If you have any other questions, I'd ask Kat directly by emailing her. You can get her email off the site, I believe.

I emailed them about whether thier eJuices where made with USA Ingredients and here is the response:

'Yes, all PG and VG comes from California. The nicotine comes to me from Florida. The vast majority of flavors come from the USA, but a few come from Italy. If you have a specific flavor you are interested in, I can tell you whether or not the flavoring comes from Europe or the USA.'

Worth Trying IMO. Prices are in line with other Top Quality USA Sites

They have THE BEST cola in the world.

Well.....of the 5 different cola flavors I have tried, theirs is the only one that tastes like cola at all!

I think they must heat the base liquid to dissolve that much flavoring.

I've ordered from Kat and her service and e-liquid are excellent! I have her Cinnamon Sugar and love it... milder than the "really hot" stuff but still has a bite to it. I like the Honey Hookah (haven't noticed a smell with it, though) and the Vanilla Caramel Tobacco I like even better than the Dekang RY4. I have the Wild West blend that's pretty good, too. You can't go wrong with Velvet Vapors!

Ill make this quite simple and short, i have sampled over fifty different brands and flavors of e liquid from many companies, i will say this Velvet Vapors, has the best most realistic e juice you can buy anywhere, no matter what the flavor or combo PG VG or both that one can buy anywhere, if it were three times the price it is i would vape nothing else, i do not know the owner of this company or have any affiliation with them at all..

My first order, a five-bottle sampler, must have come in right before she closed (ordered 12/28, received 1/3). And all I can say is--she cannot reopen soon enough for me.

Of the six I received (she threw in a 3ml sampler of Caramel Apple), I like most of them enough that I'm having a hard time figuring out my next order. VV's Ginger is the DEFINITE "want-more" of the bunch. Little to no sweetness--sort of like vaping ginger ale, as opposed to gingerbread--and wonderful throat hit. I also liked the Blueberry, the Chocolate Mint, the Caramel Apple, and the Waffle a lot. All robust, authentic flavors. Virginia Flue Cured not so much, but I'm picky about my tobaccos.

VV is a little pricier than I'm used to-- $17 for a 30ml bottle and no discounted doubler offer, but considering the hit rate for me in the samples above, I'll definitely be back when she is. She mentions on the site that she'll probably run a big sale on her return. So, whoever gets word first of a reopening might do well to alert the rest of us by posting a follow-up here.

I now have this vendor as my first supplier, and love her e juice. I started with two 6 bottle samplers plus the extras Kat threw in, and found my all day vapes. I get good TH, and lots of vapor, and her flavors are great. I use raspberry ginger ale, strawberry champagne, and raspberry champagne every day. I also love her bear claw and blackberry. I was lucky enough to do a big order right when she opened up after Christmas, and have enough (I hope) to get through until she re opens. I will be placing another big order as soon as she does.

I received my order today. 10mls of bear claw, white chocolate tobacco, caramel vanilla tobacco, honey hookah and cappuccino hookah... plus a nice free sample.
It was packaged really nicely.

The juice tastes GREAT... especially that bear claw... it's high-quality juice and the flavors are tasty.

Here's the thing... after vaping a couple of them, I suspected that they may use flavourart... Flavourart is terrific, it's just that I can't vape it - makes me get pains etc...

so, unless I can get confirmation that it's only one flavor , all of them or none of them... I can't vape it ;-(

In the case it is, this beautiful lot will go in the classifieds.

One of my first juice orders was from VV and I have to agree that they make some exceptional juice. My personal favorite was the french vanilla latte. I'm looking forward to trying more VV when they re-open the site.
