I'm still loyal to Virgin Vapor, but I wanted to try some tobacco flavors and other things that they don't have yet. I've had lackluster results with Vaperite, so my next vendor to try was Velvet Vapor.
I got:
Strawberry Cheesecake 12mg
Orange Spice Tobacco 12mg
Raspberry Gingerale 12mg
Vanilla Almond Tobacco 18mg
Orange Mint 18mg
All the flavors were organic VG.
Their Strawberry Cheesecake is easily my favorite juice of all time. It tastes like the Breyer's all-natural strawberry cheesecake ice cream.
It's a truly wonderful juice. my room smells like strawberry chesecake from vaping it all day. Definitely going to get a bigger bottle. I've had a really hard time finding "true" cheesecake that didn't make me wrinkle my nose, even from some amazing companies, so this is quite exciting.
Orange Spice Tobacco is way too mild for me to smell properly. It just smells sort of like a honey tobacco. It's not bad, but it's not my favorite. Probably would not get another bottle, but I'll try it again on a brand new carto when I have money for more.
Raspberry Gingerale is very light and crisp. Unfortunately, it's mostly too light for me to taste most of the time. I liked it, but I probably won't buy a bigger bottle. I'll try it again in a few weeks.
Vanilla Almond Tobacco was nice, just not what I was looking for, exactly. I think I wanted a little more vanilla, and I want some kind of mild spice undertone, too. I might buy another bottle in the future, though.
Orange Mint is the only one I really don't care for, but the dislike for it is mild enough I'll probably vape what's left on the carto. I might try it again on a fresh carto and after steeping a while.
I also got a sample of java but haven't used it yet.
Verdict: I think overall this is a great company with smooth, pure-tasting juices. Shipping was okay (I've had faster, but I've also had much slower), about 5 days from Mississippi to Atlanta with priority. Not sure if I got my shipping notification before the package was in the mail, however! I will certainly be buying from this company again and am glad I seem to have found another all-day vape... it's been hard to find one I'm actually nuts for!
Vapor production was good, obviously, although my cartos are still dying so it's hard to tell exactly. Throat hit was mild to non-existant, except for that light tickle. No harshness at all, even at 18mg.
Next on my list to try:
Organic French Vanilla (I really want something like vaperite's french vanilla without the harsh throat hit)
Blueberry Cheesecake (just curious if it's comparable to the strawberry!)
Orange creamsicle (maybe I'd like the orange better mixed with vanilla?)
Tiramisu (maybe... I expect it'll be a dark liquid, so I'm not too thrilled about that, but I also want to give it a try)
Mango (or something similar... I just tend to fall in love with tart fruit flavors.)
