In no particular order, and by no means exhaustive:

MadVapes, just got my first order, It will not be my last. Surprise! He's not Just for Modders! His site is chock-full of Vaping Goodness. Great product, fast shipping, very good pricing.

VaporHeads is a regular fav, with outstanding customer service and a very tasty selection of liquids (will custom mix VG/PG) also carries primarily 510/eGo accessories and parts.

DIY Flavor Shack is like a candy store for grown-ups. Awesome variety. Whether you want to make your own or just punch up your flavors a notch, check it out.

One thing I forgot to mention is I prefer
more pg than vg. I just got my first order
in from Halo and I'm very pleased with their
juice. Got that sample of prime 15 and they
should have named it "smoke" I think because
it really is similar to a real cig.

I love 2 of the ones on your list but would add 'Vapors Etc" to try. They have an awesome sampler pack for $6 with 5 flavors. Their tobaccos and fruits are excellent. All were flavorful and potent.
