Every vendor I have dealt with so far allows for this option....some have an actual drop-down selection, while others ask that you put your request in the comment box....

I am pretty sure that they will all do that for you...

EC Blend offers extra flavor, double extra flavor, sweetener, and other options. I have found their flavors to be somewhat light for my tastes, so I will typically use either extra or double extra flavor.
