Never mind. Seems to be resolved now.
There was a slight glitch in title display so I had to instruct the forum hamsters to rebuild the titles. It might take a while for everyone's titles to be sorted out.
The elves are on strike for better air conditioning and the code monkeys are awaiting a new boatload of bananas so the hamsters got stuck with the job.
it means that you authorized ECF to send the bill for your membership to your great grand son on the year 2099.....
OK it is mostly use on the classified section to prove that you are not a gosh trying to sell or interchange goods

I did and I talked to joker last night and he fixed and I filled out my application last night.
