I really enjoy reviewing all the e-liquid flavors i receive. This is my third review so far and i'll be reviewing Kentucky Premium Blend and Kentucky Premium Vanilla liquids. Note: I read that these flavors don't need steeping so i'm reviewing them straight out of the mailbox. I am vaping these on a 1000mAh ego twist battery set at 3.6v, with a 1.5ohm cisco 306 atty.
Kentucky Premium Blend:
Flavor: It smells like sweet caramel, maple syrup, and hazelnut. This is deceiving though because the vape seems to be lacking a little bit on those flavors, which im disappointed with. On inhale, I taste a very bright, fresh, crisp, and airy tobacco base, very similar to BWB virginia blend. However it sory of reminds me of cardboard. It tastes very green. It's medium on strength, i'd like it stronger. On exhale, i get the subtle caramel/sweet notes. It's not sickly sweet and it doesn't overpower the tobacco by any means. It's not burnt sugar, it tastes like real, warm caramel. Mixed in with the caramel is a very subtle touch of hazelnut. For me, i'd like the caramel and hazelnut quite a bit stronger, it's a little too light for me, i'd like it more rich. To me, it's not perfumey or peppery in the slightest. I'll be honest I'm not crazy about this juice, the tobacco is to airy and the caramel is barely present. I hope it changes and gets richer after steeping. All in all, i'd like it richer, stronger, and sweeter. 2.5/5
Throat Hit: Absolutely fabulous, i love a nice strong throat hit and i certainly feel it. 5/5
Vapor: I usually vape pure VG because PG makes me wayy too thirsty, dries my mouth out, and doesn't make enough vapor. This is a prop blend of pg/vg. It deffinately dries my mouth out and makes me thirsty but the amount of vapor is very good. Not as good as 100% vg but not bad. 3/5
Kentucky Premium Vanilla:
Flavor: This is a little sweeter and richer, which i like. Still not sickly sweet. I definitely taste the same tobacco base in the premium blend, so the vanilla isn't overpowering. The caramel/hazelnut don't seem to be present in this. It's more of the tobacco base with vanilla. Again, i wish it had more caramel/hazelnut. 3/5
TH: The same
Vapor: The same
All in all, i wish they were sweeter and more rich. Hopefully that will change with steeping.
