so far I have ordered from VR twice and each time it has been an excellent experience. I am addicted to their Kentucky blends and kmax. each time I order I get confirmation that order has been shipped within 2 hours. orders comes packaged nicely, exactly what I ordered is in the box, and they always put a handwritten thanks you note on the receipt which is nice to see these days since everything is 100% computerized. real people who care about each and every customer. I will continue to use VR for a long time. if you haven't tried VR yet, give them a shot
