major news is incoming, i would ignore that jabber on the visionecigar site, they put that up in attempt to help out people with heads that arent perfect in the meantime.

the heads have been revamped 100%, not the same heads, all new, teted for flavor, tested for taste, tested for vapor thickness, tested for durability, tested for leaks(coil head) the vivi nova tube to base has already passed the main tests which is no leaking no gurgling so that was not changed.

ohms are being checked as well, while a head says 1.8 or 2.4, know that it can be plus .2 points like normal.

the new heads have a new feature which you will all see soon, redesigned and fully tested, they all look exhausted.
we will get a huge bag of old heads for people to play with
the new heads have new coil, new assembly process and new wick

while i stress the point that we where not responsible for the old heads as that was not something we could touch at that point in time because someone else was helping with that, im not passing blame in anyway since many heads work great, so ill pass it off as bad assembly and in proper design with the wick and coil. We and others helped assist the vision team with all the information they needed for the new heads and they did a bang up job.

To help everyone out we will price the new heads at below cost for a period of time so people can buy them in confidence and im sure you will all be happy with the result.

just to clarify, when i initially said they tested 250 of them, that means 250 where tested, the issues some are having did not show up till after people let us know, then they retested and found some that where not up to par. the tests they did where for leaks and gurgling and to make sure it vaped which they did but taste was not tested as it should as this is new to them, many people including us had to explain to them what muted flavor means. when they test with their tobacco they where just looking for it to work and vape and taste like what the juice is, now they fully understand what you all expect taste wise.

Please forgive me for being the first one to ask but when do you expect to have these new heads available on your site? I am excited after hearing this. Great News.

Also we can get the new improved heads soon but how do current owners fix the extended post issue?[/QUOTE]

I am also wondering about this. This tank won't screw into any of my box mods. It's a pain in the .... to get into thread in to an Ego. What about that situation? Are we going to be stuck having to buy a whole new setup? I just ordered another one too because I found a way to fix mine and get them working great! It would be nice to buy one that just works though.

I found that when I assembled the Vivi on the battery it forced the center pen up. Try taking the base unit and screwing it in - then mount the head, the tank, then fill and mount the top. That seemed to work on mine.

I did try that because I saw someone earlier recommend that, but it caused a leak. The head won't seat completely down on my Madvapes box mod that I made. I am bumming on that because that is my VV Mod.

Try replacing the O-ring on the head threads with a thicker one. That may stop the leak.

Now that the tank has been out for just a bit I see videos are popping up on YouTube. I also saw it mentioned here about cutting the wicks. I don't understand why you would want to do that. What is the benefit of the shorter wick? What happens when the juice level goes down below the wick? Do I need to turn it upside down and let the wicks get wet again? That seems foolish to me when the wicks are as they are letting me vape right to the bottom of the tank. In theory, it appears you would have a better chance to get a dry hit with the shorter wick. Can someone shed some light on this subject?

I'm not for/or against cutting the wicks but its been said that the juice is "heavy" and tends to stay towards the bottom of the wicks. If you cut them the juice has less distance to travel to the coil.

Of course you would need to "re-charge" the tank more by turning it around in the air.

so far my success of heads has been
1 x 1.8 measured @ 1.8
2 x 2.4 One of these after a week the coil burned out. 1 Measured @ 2.4 the other @ 2.2
1 x 2.8 measured @ 2.8 on the nose - I have this one at 5.2 on the provari with huge plumes!

So far no funny flavors using waffle, fruit blend, and cinnamon

The cinnamon tank is completely cloudy when dried out and has one tiny little shatter crack in it which does not leak. I am going to wait for the metal sleeves before going back to the cinnamon.
