Vertex v2 - metal ?

I wanted to buy the stainless steel but cant find it anywhere. Does anyone know what metal the black is made of ? Dont like the idea of my juice touching brass or copper if i can help it

looks like anodized Aluminum. It is supposed to be an anodized finish. Check out the RubyRoo vid on youtube

Stainless steel or anodized aluminum. Like the mephisto dripper, the vertex seems seems to have interchangeable 'colored' caps to swap out. Even if you get the copper version, your juice would only touch it if you overfill. My 2 cents.
