I placed an order yesterday afternoon, got a shipping confirmation last night and it looks like it's scheduled for delivery on Monday. Looking forward to trying the new clearomizers (especially the CE3 Elite)! Glad I gave Altsmoke a second chance after a somewhat disastrous first order...

So it would seem. Thanks to the crackerjacks at the USPS, it looks like my vapemail will arrive tomorrow, not today (along with my order from Smokeless Image). My last order with Alt Smoke (one of my first after I started the e-cig thing) was a mess. Ordered 3 bottles of liquid, one of which came open during shipping and leaked all over the rest of the stuff. I emailed customer service and they were pretty responsive at first, which gave me hope for some sort of favorable outcome, but after 2 replies, they simply stopped responding. I was nervous about ordering again, but I'm hooked on the CE3 clearomizers and they're the only ones I've been able to find with a 510 thread. It's interesting because Alt Smoke and Smokeless Image are supposedly "sister companies," but based on my experience, the customer service at SI is light years ahead.
Do you have a ticket number? You may want to check your spam. I dont see a ticket that is open awaiting a reply from anyone describing the issues above =X
Thanks Halopunker. I imagine the ticket has been closed, as this happened back in May, but the ticket number was MPH-02850. I submitted the initial query, received a reply asking which bottles were damaged, sent the information back but never heard anything after that. It was before I discovered ECF...
I sent you a PM with my email address, I need it forward as I can't locate this ticket. Either the Ticket number is incorrect or it has been deleted.
