Very unhappy with lack of customer service

This was the second, and LAST time we will ever use this company. The first time we ordered, they didn't send us the flavors that we requested, but we let it go. This time, we recieved a sealed package with only half of the order inside. When we called to let them know, they said the order shipped correctly and basically called us liars. No, the order DID NOT ship correctly. You can rip someone else off next time, these customers are gone for good.

As others have suggested find a supplier that's listed here on ECF. It would prolly also help if you posted the type of gear you are looking for as the Vets here have a good heart and an enormous knowledge base and they'd be willing to get you off to a good start.

Its never fun to have to endure a poor customer service experience anywhere. Its even worse when you are trying to rid yourself of the Smoking Demon that has most likely dominated your life for a long time. That puts even the most tolerant of us on a short fuse. Its also why ECF pays close attention to its vendor list for both quality and service. Any business can have an off day but these vendors have stood the test of time and can be ranked among the very best overall. ECF members aren't shy about calling out shoddy business practices...and there's a WHOLE lot of us! Maybe even more importantly, we tend to publicly recognize vendors who go out of their way to help rectify problems and provide great service. That can be some powerful Mojo.
