I was in dire straights to get some equipment supplies in and placed a short order with another supplier. Thought I would hold off on larger order until Eastmall got the website up and running again.

That happened. The website finally returned.

Then I read about the customer service issues and someone not getting refunded on over payments. These are just the people here in our forum that we know about.

I am glad I did not wait to get my much needed supplies in. I am still in need of placing a larger order. I want to. I am happy with the products I've ordered in the past. I have only ordered from the one time. Something seems odd here.

I guess all we can do it keep checking here at the forum. I'm going to wait until the 'bad' news messages turn to 'good' news messages. I hope the people here that have posted problems tell us when they get the problems resolved and questions answered so we know all is back to normal at Eastmall.

Di - I read your posts and I know you are staying (or trying) to stay up-beat and keep this forum active and upbeat. I keep reading your messages where you state you are relaying messages. I am wondering if your messages are falling on deaf ears?

Perhaps David needs to pop in here and tell us what is going on. Maybe that would give a few of us the confidence to place an order. Maybe not, but I don't think it could hurt. Has David updated us? Did I miss that posting?

I fear I have completely overstepped my bounds with this posting. It is something I have been thinking for several days. If I am thinking about it, you can bet there are many others reading this forum and thinking the same or similar things. Are things getting better? If yes, why aren't the posting here reflecting that? If no, why not, and when will they return to normal?

all of this is being worked on,
I have talked with David today and all your points have been transferred from the old site to the new one

I stand corrected

it is being done

I am told within 24 hours it should all be done -




you now have a gift card which is worth its value in dollars
you can spend this on your orders.

This is one problem sorted

stand by for the next update

Di this is not true. I just check and I don't have a gift card or points. I sent two emails asking for my points to be transfered.

For all the customers and those seeking support,
We are very sorry for the problems recently with email and CS.

We have just discovered there was a misdirect of the CS emails from the new website-
This has been taken care of now,
this was just discovered today- and this is why we did not get any email in the CS.

Now we have all the email forwarded to CS ,
and we are working as fast as we can to get back to you all.
Please forgive the delays,
we will be working hard to answer to you all as soon as possible

We are also beginning transfering the points to your new account from the old web,
within 24 hours , all the customers who emailed me with name and email
in both web will have my email stating how many points have been credited to your account,
you will receive a gift card with the value of your points, you may use these points in your future orders.

If you did not email me yet for transfer of your points,
please feel free to email sales@eastmall.net with your information. thank you

I am so proud of you all,

you have been so patient with all these little problems,

we are not the greatest at websites work,
but we are doing our best-

we have nearly got it now-

with the cs and points getting fixed,
I hope this is the last of the biggies anyways - hahahaha

Thanks Di, I got an email from David this morning re:my charger problem. I feel better and will now be placing my order. I think what this points out to everyone is the importance of communication. We can be patient if we know what the problem is, but no communication makes us uneasy.


Yes, I agree,
sometimes we do keep quiet,
but also sometimes
I tell you much more than I should
about what is going on behind the scenes,

but I do believe that if I talk to you all,
you can understand what we are doing,
and how we are stuffing up sometimes, hahaha

and hopefully - you will see us as real people
just like yourselves,
who do stuff up from time to time,
but we do really try to make things right as quickly as we can.

I love Eastmall,
and I love this forum,

I really do love the people in here, :)
