I have sent emails to Eastmall about the bad batch of LR atties i got from them and they will not reply! also they got a double payment for that order too, which I told them too. What is going on????? :mad::mad::mad:

I also told them for the over payment that they could just sent me a riva instead of refunding the money and they won't reply !


As other members have said here --

Eastmall is extremely busy at the moment -

with new site going up

and more to the point in your case

with the changeover of staff in the Customer Service

please have some patience,
I am sure they will get back to you soon,

if you hear nothing this week,

please send your issue again,


make sure you send to the

new Customer Service email


make sure you put
your order number
your forum name and real name

write it clearly and briefly so it it easy to understand.

Di, can't you help me out on this matter, still haven't heard a word from eastmall. I had to order atties from another supplier! $120. down the drain....


please send me the order number and a VERY brief explain of the issue-
I will pass it to Joy- ( new CS officer)

I have sent numerous emails to the NEW email address to David personally and to the gmail address since I placed my order on 7/23 and have yet to get a response on what is going on. Maybe instead of working on the site they should concentrate on the orders they have ALREADY BEEN PAID for and get them shipped. That was what made EM "the" site for supplies was their customer service, too bad they lost Ed, he was always on top of things and kept me informed of any situation or delay!:mad:

I did that, they were offline, they said to leave a message and they would get back within 24 hours. That was last week one day. I need to place an order but I'm afraid to. I really don't know what else to do. Di, I guess you are caught in the middle but if you have any pull at all could you please help us. Thanks

I do everything I can,

I pass on all your messages to CS and to David when you sak me to - this is all I can do -
as you say, I am caught in the middle,
I can do no more than to pass on all your messages,
it is up to them to answer them.

please try to get david in the online chat during business hours 9am to 5pm weekdays---------

I have now - this morning -
told David of all these complaints - Again -also-

I was going to place a big order but I think now I will wait till this is all sorted out.
I don't like the fact that people are not receiving response from support.
The new website thing has gotten very old hat as far as I am concerned..
There is no reason not to contact your buyers that have problems..
I will wait.
