I have sent emails to Eastmall about the bad batch of LR atties i got from them and they will not reply! also they got a double payment for that order too, which I told them too. What is going on?????

I also told them for the over payment that they could just sent me a riva instead of refunding the money and they won't reply !
I'm sure they will catch up soon.I checked this morning and my points have been transfered so hopefully I will receive an answer to my indulgence button problem soon.I have sent emails now to three different addresses,hopefully one will return an email this week.![]()
Di, can't you help me out on this matter, still haven't heard a word from eastmall. I had to order atties from another supplier! $120. down the drain....
