So, been vaping fully for almost a year and a half, and had never tried any 100% VG juices. Saw Rob over at goodprophets had em on sale, and snagged a few bottles. I figured for $5/30mL, couldnt go wrong.

I've tried these now on my eGo and pass-through both with dual coil XL cartos as well as dripping and in regular Boge cartos, and while I'm getting clouds of vapor, I'm getting no flavor at all. Is this just a VG juice thing, or am I missing an something important here?

I've got nic strengths from 24mg to 11mg, in Watermelon, Cola, Rootbeer, Pineapple, Tutti Frutti, and Butterscotch. NONE of them provide any appreciable flavor at all, to the point I can't tell what's in a cart if I mix em up. :(

Eesh. I got a few of those bottles from Good Prophets at the crazy sale myself. I got the mango and watermelon, i think. They haven't arrived yet. My guess is that's just the Good Prophets variety of VG juice. You might try adding some 'sour' flavor drops to kick up the flavor on your fruity ones. That way at least you'd have a good 'pucker' flavor.

As for good VG, do yourself a blessing and try this. OMG. There are NO WORDS for the difference between this liquid (I got the 100% VG) and any other VG or PG i've tried anywhere else. I've tried a ton of places... PureSmokers, Tasty Vapor, FSUSA.. and on and on. IMO this blows em out of water flavor wise. I'm trying to go straight VG, and I'd heard it was rough on cartos and had less flavor than the PG. But finding this vendor was perfect for me (thanks, tyleris12!!!). Plus she makes her VG nice and thin, so no issues with cartos and tanks. Plus its 100% organic. The flavors are just outstanding..no other way to describe em. My faves I've tried so far (all start with Organic) are the Blueberry Cheesecake, Sweet Summer Lemonade, Vanilla Blackberry Swirl, Menthol Moon Drops, Red Hot Cinnamon, Kona Coffee Milkshake. I've got Rootbeer Float on the way, but haven't tried it yet. I'm a flavor person, so I didn't realize how sort of flat and basic and non satisfying the juices I was using were until I found something better. You won't BELIEVE the tastes! Stuff doesn't taste like flavored eliquid... it actually tastes like the real foods, melted down. So complex. The flavors all have high and low notes you really taste on exhale. Much more exciting taste experience... i can't explain it better than that. Really good. I reviewed all those i listed and tried to describe em, if that helps. I just wish i'd have found these a year and a half ago. I spent a lot of money on juices I can barely stomach after trying the organics. And those at least had SOME taste. So sorry you're stuck with so much tasteless stuff! And I'm about to get some of those tasteless bottles in the mail, too! rofl I don't understand it. People rave about Good Prophets, but maybe good VG isn't their baliwick, and that's why they were liquidating them. Um...I think VV's still got a sale on, but think its only thru today..15% off SPOOKYECF

Here's VV, if you want to check em out. Sounds like you're deserving of a treat after the disappointment with your new flavors.
Organically Flavored E-liquid | Virgin Vapor | Electronic Cigarette Organic e-Liquid | Electronic Cigarettes

Good Prophets do have a bunch of fans, so maybe you can sell em in the classifieds? Good luck. Nothing worse than popping out precious moola and being so disappointed. I'm not looking to get mine in the mail, now! rofl

BTW, the VV Organic Sweet Summer Lemonade is a great sour flavor... I've been using a few drops to kick up some of my old way less favorite fruity flavors. That might work on your tasteless fruity ones! And the Kona Coffee Milkshake might help out your dessert ones, like the butterscotch. Its very strong but creamy, so that might save em.

I'll get some flavorings I'll toss in em and see if that helps; but I wasn't sure if this was maybe just a function of buying $5 jugs of juice or if there was something specific. I'll have to give that VV a shot and see how it comes out.

I kinda figured when it was called a clearance sale with new stuff coming in that it wouldn't be mind-blowing, so no big, and definitely no knock on GP, I've got tons of hardware from him and it's all awesome.

OMW to VV's site to check out some of that organic stuff!

Hope you like it! I thought i just couldn't stand coffee and dessert flavored vapes, which was weird cause I love those foods in real life. Turns out, i love them in the organics. I think I was just tasting that sharp artificial sweetener, and that was turning me off.

BTW, if you're just looking for flavorings, I know you can buy some of the lines just at a local Michaels craft store. Not sure if you're desperate to have those liquids tasty because you're low on good vape, or if they were just adding to your stash and not a big priority.

On your first order, put ECFOFFER in the comments and choose a flavor, and Annette will send you a free sample size of that flavor.

Ok, My bargain GP VG juice showed up... watermelon and mango. I don't think they're tasteless, necessarily. I'm tasting cheap perfume. Ick. I'll have to try some of the juices GP is known for, cause i know this can't be how they all taste since they have a lot of fans. My guess is that they got a new line of flavors that aren't PG based to add to their VG juices, and they just weren't very good, which was why they were on sale. Just supposition, but it makes sense. Oh well. Glad they were cheap, though! ;)

GP's VG juices that are/were on clearance are usually very good juices that have had a serious following. It was this juice in the Menthol flavor that got me off analogs and all I vaped for 8+ months, until he ran out of it and I found Virgin Vapor's juices. Sorry to hear your experience with them hasn't been the greatest, but Rob is an awesome supplier and has the best prices on a lot of items, so maybe try out his new VG Keemer line of juices, if you like Tobacco flavors. Everyone who knows me, knows that Virgin Vapor's is the only place I buy my juices from anymore and with the option to get the extra flavor and thinned VG, you will never have a problem not tasting the flavors...they are all truely AWESOME!!!! :)

So just to follow up, after a few days of using strictly these flavors (staying away from PG juice completely) the flavors are starting to come out a bit more. I'm still getting an overwhelming chemical/plastic note from them, but the underlying flavors are starting to show through.

As I stated previously, this isn't a knock against GP at all, sometimes bad batches happen, and I knew when I saw clearance I was rolling the dice.

I'm vaping the Tutti Frutti 24mg on a dualcoil this morning and it's starting to pick up a sweet and fruity tone under the 'omg vg' plastic tasting cloud. Also, my co-workers are randomly running in with fire extinguishers due to the clouds coming out of my office :D

Perhaps after a few more days of both steeping and my tastebuds getting used to em, these could be some great juices.

Combine that with the fact that I got close to 200mL for around $30, and I have no complaints
