Has anyone ever had a reaction to a certain juice and thought maybe it was the PG or the VG but it turned out to just be that ONE juice? Like has someone reacted to maybe vanilla flavoring or banana flavoring?

I am interested in this. I do 100 percent PG because I had a juice that was 80 percent VG and it made my lungs feel heavy and like I was catching a cold, without actually ever getting one.

I am wondering if anyone has had this reaction to a specific flavoring, or supplier or perhaps cheaper mixes, or things not as pure or if it is always the VG or the PG or something else.

Anyone out there have these things?

Exactly the problem I had. I had that issue with JC's Tennessee Cured flavor, which sucks because I absolutely LOVED the flavor.

I bought the Red Oak (VG) version first. I had issues getting full breathes, and my chest felt tight. So I thought VG was the issue and ordered their PG version...SAME PROBLEM. At this point I was really questioning whether e-cigs were for me. I stuck it out a bit longer only ordering PG based juices and was fine after a few days. Since then I've vaped other VG juices without issues.

Only thing I can think of is that something in their flavoring didn't agree with me.

I *think* I have a problem with VG though most folks talk about having problems with PG. My favorite juice is 50/50 but leaves me short of breath while the first flavor I tried was PG based and does not cause me any problem. I'm now trying some 80/20 and do much better with that. I've been at this for a month; have spent half a fortune on different juices and still struggling to find the perfect mix.

Yep my problem I think is VG too, but can't be sure. VG seems to leave me like my chest is heavy and like I am going to catch a cold. It is very weird. I also think that there are different qualities of VG and some maybe not so good. When I stick to PG juices I feel great, it is definately different from other people who have problems with PG. The real issue is now trying to find "good" juices in PG only or with 20% or less.

VG makes me wanna vomit when it's over 20% in juice, it builds up a horrible 'film' inside my mouth it's gross, and just turns my stomach.

OMG then its not just me! I totally feel the same way! Its almost like a ball of wetness in my throat! Hate it! So glad that PG is out there!
