Could anyone tell me how to figure out how much VG & PG I should get for the e-liquids?? I have gotten so confused on the info that i've read. I'm trying to stay the HEALTHIEST of the 2 (if there is a difference), because I have 70% blockage in one artery & circulation is VERY bad (esp in left leg). I don't know if either would have a circulation issue, but in case anyone knew.... I think Iv'e read VG gives more Vapor?? Does one give more throat hit??.. I was a 2 pker a day. I have to have the good throat hit & lots of vapor as possible :)...
Thank you for any help....kim

I won't address the medical stuff but you get better throat hit with PG and better vapor with VG. Try a 50/50 blend, although I either get a 80:20 VG to H2O blend or make it, for the VG part.

I don't think either VG or PG affects circulation. Its a matter of taste, really, how much of each you use. I personally find PG dries me out too much, or worse, and so I minimize my PG to whatever happens to be in a flavor I use for DIY mixing. My flavored juices are about 90% VG 10% PG, or if unflavored, no PG at all.
