Ok here goes, my wife is using two kr808 XL slim batts right now an getting through a whole day on one and a half batts. She is going to try out a 3.5 ml dual vertical coil 1.5 ohm tank from v4l which had some good reviews so she wont have to drip so much. I was thinking of getting her a vgo and a charger to try out, they have a really pretty red one for 16.95 shown here First Vapor Electronic Cigarettes: Red vGo E-Cigarette Battery . I would like to get a cone to make it look sleeker. If she likes the tank from v4l what set up on this 900 mAh vgo batt would be comparable? Keeping in mind she will probably like to use it with the cone on it. I don't know much about what works well with them. A clear tank would probably be cool so she can see where her juice level is at and 3.5 ml. Is probably a nice capacity. Would we have to buy atty's seperat or can they be like the tank from v4l and have a cartomizers in them as this would be much prefered? In which case will the cone still fit? So to sum it all up, I would like a vgo batt with a tank cartomizers hopefully around 3.5 ml, (dual core LR would be nice as she likes v4l's LR cartos) that a cone will cover. Can this all be done, where would I find it or what suggestions could you give to achieve what I'm looking for.
I'd like to stay with the vgo so al the gear keeps the 808 threads so she can easily swithc from the fat or slim batt.

Thanks everyone

That is a nice looking battery. I'm almost positive that the vgo is a 510. If she wanted to get that and use the V4L tanks she'd have to get an adaptor. She'd also have to get a 510 charger. If she uses the tank, she won't be able to use the cone.

It may be better for her to get a 510 tank kit instead of using the V4L tank with an adaptor.

There are TWO Vgos. One is 510-threaded - not compatible with V4L (KR808D-1) without an adapter. And there is the Kanger KR808D-1 threaded Vgo (if you can find it). And I know there was an Igo around that was KR8 threaded. You would have to make sure either is 3.7v.

I would not get an Ego for KR8 cartos unkless you know it's some kind of special Ego with 3.7v because most Egos are 3.4v regulated so they would not run the cartos as warm as a slim KR8 (3.7v) battery does.

Another long-charge option (though more like 600-700mah) is Madvapes has a nice little 901/808 3.7v plastic box mod. I just got one of those. The color-changing LED is a bit bright and crazy but you could tame that with a bit of paint.

Say what you will about Joye batteries but they last a seriously long time. When I first purchased them they used to have a 6 month warranty. Now LF offers a 2 month warranty.

My Riva batteries died, the ego batteries from Mad Vapes only lasted two months. One of my Joye batteries from my first kit is a year old and still going strong. Before dying 2 Riva batteries got stuck 'on' and I barely managed to get the carto off. I threw it outside! LOL I still like and buy Riva batteries, but when they get old, keep your eye on them.
