absolutely not, it is and always will be 5% off, and then you add your super vip to that, if your getting issue and it shows 4% then please take a snapshot and contact max so that can be handled and we can see what the issue is
one where it says 4% and another where it calculates 4% for checkout..
I almost ordered just barely caught the error. I hope not a lot had this prob.

Not sure why. It very clearly tells me 4% and calculates 4% as shown in pic. Something is definitely wonky.
we will look into it, i do see it in your pic and dan will handle that
it really must of been a system hiccup,, i checked other peoples orders for the day and past week and i just did a few orders under different accounts i have in the system and it properly shows up 5%. Ill keep an eye out for it but it seems to be just a crazy one time thing.

Good morning. I placed an order on Cyber Monday (#1129248) and I also only got a 4% VIP discount (I also used the CyberMonday code). I noticed it at the time, but didn't bother asking--I guess that I should have said something. Looking at the invoice in my account, it doesn't list the percentage, but the "newsletter discount" is only 4% of what I paid. Since it wasn't a big order, it's not a big deal, but I did want to point out that cainam wasn't alone.
thanks for letting us know, somehow the discount we added in must of messed something up for that day and we apologize for that, we checked aftewards and everything seems to be normal now
