i wanted to post this in e-liquid review but i cant since i do not have enough post yet. i placed my order with vv on the 11th of this month around 7 am. for 2 7 ml 50/50 pg vg blends with 12 mg of nic. hot buttered rum and banana foster. this was the first time i order from an e juice vendor online. i normally get high caliber cinna bun e juice from my local vape shop. i have been hooked on this juice for about a month. so i waited impatiently checking the order status vv provided for me. finally it arrived on the 18th this past Tuesday. before i go any further let me just say i did tons of research and read alot of reviews on this forum and also watched a good amount on you tube reviews before i finally chose them. anyways. i got my package and brought it home. wanting the best experience i cleaned my tank witch is a knock off of the mini pro tank 2 or at least what it looks like to me. changed my wick filled my tank with the banana fosters let it sit for about ten minutes. the smell i got from opening the bottle was like a strong perfume/ chemical smell. after ten minutes or so passed i grabbed my tank and threw it on my evic. my ato is 1.8 ohms. so i set it to 3.1 volts and take a nice drag..8-o it tasted like burnt rubber/ melting plastic.. knowing my tanks made of Pyrex, i thought maybe my wick needed more time to soak up the juice. so i let it sit another ten minutes. same horrid taste again. i instantly emailed vv. explaining the situation and asked if the juice was safe to even vape. cleaned my tank threw out the brand new wick i just put in and went on to the cina bun. later on that night i checked my email and saw that customer service actually emailed me back 10-15 minutes after i had sent my email. she said it was probably a hardware issue. i explained to her my set up and that i knew it wasn't that. we exchanged 6 emails yesterday. she said that this has happened once before that they knew of. the rubber stopper in the bottle got hot during shipping and scented the e juice. she asked what i smelled when opening the bottles i explained. she asked for the batch number of each and said she would check, and then asked me to leave the caps off the juice for 24 hours to steep. i did and went to work. but i couldn't help thinking that it still wasn't fair. im a noob and no nothing about steeping and what it does i have never had to or wanted to do this before. i wasted 90% of my juice from letting friends try it to make sure i wasn't crazy and dumping it of my tank ect. so i emailed that to her saying that if they knew there juice needs time to steep than they should send a note with there juice or post it on there website so people like my self don't waste there juice or throw it away. because even if the steeping does improve the flavor i wont really have any left to enjoy. im not upset at the customer service so far they have been helpful and understanding. im just upset that i got all hyped up for some juice that i cant even enjoy.. hopefully the juice does get better and i feel like they should resend my order.. sorry i wrote a book just needed to get that out. thanks to who ever actually made it to the end lol
