Virgin Vapor Shipping Time

This question goes out to those of you who have ordered from Virgin before.

I made my first order through them last week. The following day they sent me an email informing me that my package had shipped. According to the tracking information they supplied, it has been sitting in CALI for 3 days now with no new activity. I was just wondering if you guys have ever had shipping issues with them or if this is pretty typical..?

Your issue is with the USPS, not Virgin Vapor. Once they've shipped it it's out of their hands.

Mine has always gone through without a hitch. I will however say, several items I've ordered from California of late have had issues; each from different companies shipped via USPS. I don't know what is going on in Cali but they appear to be having some shipping problem or another.

Has your order passed a shipping label created state? If it has it's totally on USPS. If not...maybe give VV a call just to make sure there are no problems.

My kit from them was the same way, but after it left Cali, I got it in a day or two. I think the USPS tracking info is messed up because some of the time frames just seem impossible (like a package being scanned in at a facility on the west coast, then maybe an hour later being scanned in at a WV facility). I definitely agree that any delay issues you experience is totally USPS and not Virgin Vapors (or any other seller) because once they ship it, it's out of their control. A lot of my packages from Cali recently have been like that, but when I ordered fom Mt Baker Vaper, also on the west coast, it arrived in three days after it shipped.

I ordered the 3 sample kit from them on Wed and got it on Monday, not too bad. JC was a day quicker to deliver.
