I love the juices from Virgin Vapor. I had reached a point where I was starting to think the e-cig wasn't going to work for me. I couldn't find any flavors I liked, and the ones I could tolerate seemed to wear out my atomizers quickly (I tend towards 100% or high% VG juice, too much PG makes my throat hurt and I like all the "smoke").
My first order was a sample pack of 3 flavors (Root Beer Float, Kona Coffee Milkshake, and Vanilla Chai Latte). I didn't really like the Chai, but it was still a very high quality juice (I gave it to my uncle and he loves it). The others were incredible, I couldn't believe how good they tasted.
I just got my second order, which is a large bottle of the Root Beer Float, a smaller bottle of Espresso with cream and sugar, and another sample pack (Vanilla Blackberry Swirl, Tangerine Dreamsicle, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough). They all smell amazing, and the Espresso, Tangerine, and Vanilla Blackberry all taste amazing. The cookie dough seems like it needs to steep a bit, but it doesn't taste bad.
Taste is so hard to describe, but the biggest thing to me is that they taste "clean". No chemical or perfumey taste. The flavors are strong, and they offer extra flavoring at no additional cost. With the extra flavor, I can taste 100% vg juice from Virgin better than 100% PG juice from elsewhere. They also thin the VG, so it doesn't gunk up the atomizers like VG can otherwise.
They also offer 510 batteries, atomizers, cartomizers and other various accessories. I'm trying the bud sapphire cartomizers they carry, specifically for VG juice.
I tried juices from several vendors, and Virgin blows them all away. I can't see myself ordering from anywhere else for a long time.
Edit: Whoops, forgot to mention a couple of things...
- I can't speak much to their customer service, since everything has been correct and prompt, so I haven't had a need to really talk to them. I ordered the day before Thanksgiving, and they still shipped my order the following Monday (the post office sat on it for 2 days before shipping it from CA, but thats not Virgin's fault). I did ask a question on their website, and they answered on the same day.
- The liquids are all almost completely clear. It reminds me of a fad when I was growing up (around the time of Crystal Pepsi) where various clear things were being sold. So its got a bit of a nostalgic quality for me.
- I really really love the root beer. My tongue even feels like I'm drinking a soda.
