Storyspinr way to go girl!!!! You did a great job in making this happen!!!
You’ve got to be kidding me! Once again the idiot Republicans are backing the industry instead of the health of their constituency. Obviously, any product that emits harmful emissions in such closed and common areas such as restaurants, bars, etc (that were just made illegal in this backwards state by the way) should be outlawed in those areas (the health of the majority should prevail). Allowing the e-cig to be used in such common areas is assinine and should not be allowed.
When the heck is Virginia going to wake up and protect the health of its’ citizens instead of looking out for big business?

My one warning would be that vapers should not rush into every restaurant in the state and pull out their e-cig. We need to approach this carefully, with as much public education as possible, so nonsmokers realize what the e cig is and that it is not producing secondhand smoke.
awesome job in Virginia. Thing is, restaurants can still refuse service or tell you to put it away etc. and I can see that happening. PLaces with bars may actually promote them and be vapor friendly, others will freak out on you. I may have to carry the new DH guidance with me and a copy of the webpage. Being in Va, I am waiting to see how much of the local news picks up on this.
Great news! Got a call from a reporter at Channel 8 TV News in Richmond. He is on his way right now to interview Storyspnr. Details at 6 and 11 (we hope).
