I have something really great to share. My youngest son likes the computer, so when I set him up, I always put his earphones in because I didn't think he could do it himself. He has cerebral palsy and poor motor control.

While I was sitting here on the computer, I noticed that they had fallen off and he had them in his hands. He then put them on all by himself! I was so excited for him. I know it's something small, but as a parent to a child with a disability, this is HUGE!

Yummmm. I like to take some sliced french bread, put on some Boursin, a slice of a roma tomato and a slice of a mushroom, top it with some provolone or mozarella, put it in the toaster oven. DELICIOUS.

You guys are making this gluten free girl have the shakes today!! All of that sounds awesome. I do have a great crock pot beef stew recipe though. That may have to be on the agenda for Monday.
