Well like many of you I had the hot switch issue on the valkyrie and was promised a replacement. On 1/7/2014 I contacted the specialized email that VA provided for this issue alone and described the them (jay) that I had 2 Valkyries that needed the update. Come march when the switches shipped to me I only recieved 1 switch and not 2. I have contacted jay on Facebook, email and everytime I get a fast response that my switch will be sent and nothing happens. It's been 6 months and my patience is over, I warned him I'd hit the forums hard if he didn't resolve the issue and to be fair, it's only been 6 months right? Not only is their customer service terrible to the customers, but from what I hear they also have been screwing their retail stores who I will not mention at this moment because jay has their money and the stores did not recieve his products. JAY, if you are reading this, believe me, I will get the word out. Contact me @v550hp@gmail.com (you know that by now) and please send the switch. Mind you, I even desperately said ID PAY FOR IT if times were rough for you.​
