Vision 1300 mAh Spinner Manual Starter Kit

Hi. I'm a new member and new to vaping. I ordered a Vision 1300 mAh Spinner Manual Starter Kit and it doesn't seem to be charging. I contacted the seller, but so far he hasn't been much help. There are 2 units and when I press the button on the battery, the light doesn't go on. I charged for 8 hours, tried the 5 rapid click thing. no luck. It makes little sense to me that both units would have the same defect, so I think I might be doing something wrong. Any suggestions?

I got the Ego V v3 this week and so far find it pretty powerful, and comfortable to carry and use.
