This is my first time actually being awake while my battery is charging. Right now the light is blinking back and forth from blue to white the light on the actual charger is red. How do I know when the battery is fully charged and what does the blinking mean

When the light turns green. Are you using a wall adapter?
Not sure--I've heard different theories about the blinking.
BTW--you should not leave your batteries on a charger unattended --or overnight.

Have you verified that your Spinner is authentic? Did you scratch the grey box to reveal the authenticity code and check it vs. the Vision website?
Your Spinner should be fully charged when the light stays solid white. Clones or imitations may continue to change color. Hope this helps.
