Vision Ego / Stardust V3 with replaceable Heads, Who carries them? Who has the best price?

I have been looking to buy some of the Vision Ego clearos aka stardust's, version 3 with the replaceable tubes and heads, but am having issues goggling to find the best price. I can find vendors that carry them, but none that I have ordered from in the past and I am always hesitant to order from new vendors with out having heard good reviews on them.

I am wondering who carries the V3 with replaceable heads and tubes, and who has the best price? Dont care if its each or in a 5 pack.

No, but the heads look identical to the Vivi Nova heads and there are some videos on how to do that.

Just want to say here that, you can get the clear and smoke versions, as well as the replacable heads, from Rocky Mountain Vapor (Rocky Mountain Vapor, The Mountain top of Electronic Cigarettes) for $6 each and great service (my last order came in two days from Colorado all the ways to Pa) and free shipping for anything over $14.

You can get a 5 pack of the heads there for $13, which comes to $2.60 each. I have found another place where I can get individual heads for $2 but, the shipping is $5.70 so, the free shipping makes a big difference in overall price.

Matcas... I should say here that, with your link, I checked out DV.

I already have a full set of official Vision V2s (they have the Vision V on them) which I got from Vapor Kings (also checked out LiteCigUSA, but VK was selling the 1.8s, which is what I wanted while LCUSA was selling the 2.4s), but that is not enough for all my juices so I want a complete set of clones, as I can tell the clones from the official ones of the same color because they do not have the V. I already had gotten the smoke and clear from RMV (he sells a licensed clone), and had gotten a blue clone from Avid Vapor, but wanted the remaining colored ones so that was why I was looking around.

DV, was out of stock on his official Visions but was selling a clone called 'Thor' which looked pretty solid... AND you could get the tubes, bases and mouthpieces separately and that was cool for me as I already have some heads. He also had the 510 to 510 adaptor, and he had this Thor head with four wicks (!!) so I ordered one of those also. His prices are great but then there is the typical shipping charge of $5.70.

Was undecided whether I wanted to continue at 1.8 or go to 2.4 (and higher voltage on an ego-c twist) and decided I would stay at 1.8 for at least now and realized I was almost out of heads and put in an order for a 5 pack + 1 from RMV today and they are already in the mail.

So, I would expect I will be getting things from both of these as time moves along.

Lastly, one thing about Vapor Kings. Maybe it is just my opinion but, I really get the impression that the guys at VK know what they are doing a lot more than most of the vendors out there. I got a true 2 amp AC to USB transformer from them (for a true 5 volt passthrough) and, most of the vendors out there are nowhere's near something like that. Their prices are a bit higher than some but, there are some things you can get there that you can't really get anywhere else, and their advice on things, like mods, seems to be more on the money than most.

Just my opinion of course.

I got my order in from DiscountVapors today and so, just a follow-up to my previous post.

The Thor tubes (I got 4 tubes, 4 bases and 4 mouthpieces) seemed to be a bit paler than the official vision tubes but, this is not necessarily a bad thing. Might help me in distinguishing which is which of the same color.

I got a 1.8 ohm head and that is working fine, but the 4 wicked head... the wicks are only maybe 75% as long as those on the two wicked heads and, did not reach the bottom of the tube. I would imagine it will still work but, for now I have set this one aside as I got other things to deal with.

The 510 to 510 adaqptor, worked as far as increasing air flow, maybe doubling the air flow. But, with this you get a greater percentage of air in your vape and thus a bit less flavor. You can of course vape slower but, hard to say which is best here. Worth getting one of these if you use vision clearomizers and making your own decision.

In any case, I now got three more juice flavors in clearos and that was my goal here. Will let them set for like 3 hours and then they are good to go.

Lots of "clones" out there, more on the way. Joyetech and Visionecigar have issued warnings. Thats why Vision started putting the "V". Older stock of Vision clearomizers dont have the "V".

A related thing here, is Vision is selling their new clearos, the ones with the replacable heads, as Version 2, while the sites selling these as Vision without the V logo, are selling them as Vision Version 3.

So, really hard to say (lol). The whole thing is pretty bizarre but in any case, I have not noticed much difference in performance between the Visions with the V on them, the Visions without the V, and the true clones.

Hmmmm... there's the phrase 'Chinese Fire Drill' and....

On their visioncigar site (they also have a visionecig site but apprarently their clearomizers are handled here)... they show a Vision V2 clearomizer.. and they list the V1 attributes and then the V2... but they do NOT say the V2 has the longer wicks and the pictures... show the shorter wicks.

Then they have a V3... (these are NOT the ones with the replaceable heads)... and now they are showing the longer wicks... and they state they have added those with the V3s... and that is what the picture shows.

But, I have not see ANYBODY selling this style of these clearomizers and calling them V3s. They are selling them, and calling them V2s.

Then they have the Vision Ego 2.0 Clearomizers... and these are the ones with the replacable heads. But, the pictures.. show the SHORT wicks and I have not seen anybody selling these with the shorter wicks.

I have seen one vendor, DiscountVapors, selling these as 2.0.. and now they have stopped selling them and are only selling clones (Thor.. or their own brand... with DV stamped on them instead of the V on the official visions).

I have seen two vendors that were selling these clearos with the V stamped on them... and BOTH of them are calling them V2s... and VaporKings... makes a point in their description that the V2 conflicts with what vision called their other clearos but... that is what they decided to call them.

Uh... what MIGHT have happenned here... is originally Vision was calling them V2s.... and THEN... they backed off and are now calling them the 2.0s.

And then of course there are the 'true clones'. Avid Vaper (Cisco) is selling their clone called 'Crystal Vision', and you can select either short or long wick.... so, if anyone wants these with the short wicks... there you go.

So, kinda like a Chinese Fire Drill PLUS the unlicensed clones sold as Visions, PLUS the licensed clones (they list HealthCabin as a licensed vendor), PLUS the true clones having their own names (Crystal Vision, Thor, etc).

Maybe it is Chinese Fire Drill Version 2012.

So back to my original question, has anyone rewicked a replaceable head for the vision v3?

The v3 is not a replaceable head clearomizer according to Vision. The replaceable head version, according to Vision is 2.0.

LOL, I have an "Equinox CCS" which is a changable coil system. It holds 1.8 ml of juice and vapes like a champ and haven't needed to change out the coil, I just rinse and burn the coil. No leaking, easy to fill. I use the same vendor because I like the fact I can call him and ask questions and he will answer them. His shipping is same day quick and cheap. I like his juices too, they don't have that perfumy taste. My "equinox" was $6.99 so I guess I paid an extra buck or so for it, but for service like he gives me it is worth it. I could read and read on here, but actually talking and explaining to a human was invaluable to me. I also got my vivi from him.
